Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services. Entering material receipts in our ERP system. Maintains warehouse in a clean and organized fashion with appropriate inventory of tools, parts, equipment, and cleaning supplies as required by field personnel assigned to the warehouse facility. May operate a forklift, loading and unloading goods on pallet, order picking and wrapping. Job Description: Essential functions of the role include: Receiving material in our ERP system. Scheduling shipments through multiple couriers and tracks these as necessary Assembles, services and repairs basic equipment stored in the warehouse to ensure availability for installation and occasionally at other facilities Picking orders and restocking merchandise. Inventory Management Warehouse organization, maintenance and cleanliness Occasional travel for onsite installations Qualifications: Experience in inventory management, order selection, and operation of pallet jacks Previous experience in a shipping, receiving and/or stockroom warehouse environment High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent Able to use hand and power tools Computer experience; specifically in Microsoft Office and Google products Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to follow instructions including the use of a procedure/training manual Must be able to load and unload trucks.
