Job Summary: Job Description: Responsibilities: We’re seeking a Performance Manager to join our team! As our new Performance Manager, you will: Be the primary point of contact for client day-to-day operations contact Partner with the client/employer to conduct various client engagement and educational activities and events. Be in constant communication with Regional Performance Manager/Account Management and client to ensure client goals are met. Manage daily operation function of the facility. Manage and mentor a staff to provide world class experience to our clients. Instruct, motivate, and assist clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals. Motivate and assist Performance team with daily activities including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating clients, and program design Provide feedback from site team members to Regional Performance Manager Oversee operational and staffing implementation at the site level Oversee direct site level staff responsible for the delivery of solutions Follow EXOS methodologies and EXOS program design. Manage and mentor a staff to provide world class experience to our clients. Assure appropriate scheduling and staffing as per contractual obligations Be the primary point of contact for site level staff for internal helpdesk issues with product/programs Escalate site level internal helpdesk issues with product/programs to Regional Performance Manager Maintain and foster a positive site level staff community and culture Evaluate designated site level operations and performance, as well as performance of site level staff in alignment with both company and client company objectives to ensure optimal outcomes Support achievement of site level customer metrics Perform other tasks as assigned The Ideal Candidate would have: A minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience Earned a BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree (Master’s Degree preferred) A current industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM Applicable knowledge of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals The ability to work independently with little daily supervision Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products The ability to manage own schedule while coordinating and driving other team members Leadership experience Physical Requirements: Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday Frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $70,000.00/year - to $85,000.00/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
