Job Responsibilities: Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments within Five Below to ensure new stores are fulfilled prior to grand opening. Maintain excellent organizational skills in keeping track of ever changing and overlapping dates and deadlines. Build, maintain and analyze store inventory reports and effectively communicate takeaways to inventory analysts. Analyze and recap sales results to plan as well as forecasting sales and inventory for new stores for a specific season. Partner and communicate with new store teams in fielding callouts and seeking to improve with each new grand opening store group. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 1-2 year’s experience in retail environment Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Must display strong organizational and analytical skills Willing and able to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with JDA, Oracle/RMS and/or Business Intelligence is a plus Power BI experience is a plus Works well under pressure Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strategic thinking and active listening skills Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
