160 Driving Academy is seeking a highly driven, energetic, and organized individual to add to our team in Evanston, IL. This is a hybrid role requiring some presence in our headquarters office. 

As an IT Support Engineer at 160 Driving Academy, you are a vital member of the 160 IT Service Desk team. You will play a vital role in providing technical services, project development, and support for our internal users.

Job Description:

• Work as part of a team, interacting with upper management, field teams, and peers collaboratively 

• Answer incoming support requests in accordance with SLA standards, utilize Jira ticketing system, and document issues, achieving full and timely resolution

• Assist with national projects, including documentation, training, and deployment

• Participate in asset management activities (creating inventory reports, order tracking, etc.)

• Participate in the development and implementation of standards and process improvements, striving for continual improvement and industry best practice methods

• Work with a variety of SaaS-based systems to support our end users.

• Other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Experience:

• Successful completion of a full 2-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to an associate’s or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.

• General Knowledge of IT functions and disciplines

• Previous experience supporting Mac OS computers, Android Tablets with direct customer communication.

• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 services

• Excellent communication (verbal and written), and customer service skills.

• Solid troubleshooting skills (particularly remote)

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tickets

• Superior time management, follow-through, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday)
