Role Overview The Retirement Solutions Organization has a new opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will focus on new system enhancements and support the implementation of new products for BPO outsourcing clients. The Senior Business Analyst will coordinate activities relating to systems enhancements, new product rollouts, and other client initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct analysis, translate client business requirements to functional specifications, define project scope, prepare documents, develop test plans and conduct testing. Participate in multiple projects of the highest complexity, including those of a global nature. Act as a key resource for resolution of the most complex problems; provides guidance, training and mentoring to less-experienced analysts. Prepare and communicate development and delivery time estimates. Assist with the review and development of new methods and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience. Thorough knowledge of mutual funds operations, Retirement Regulatory and/or support functions, and DST’s TRAC System. Detailed knowledge of other DST products and integration to TA2000, TSO and terminology. Ability to lead others; provide training and mentoring to less-experienced analysts. Influencing and negotiation skills in order to obtain support from decision-makers and project members.
