Client Relationships Representative (Business Development / Outside Sales)
123JUNK is the DC Area's fastest-growing unwanted items removal service. Since opening our doors in 2008, we've averaged over 40% growth each year. We are expanding our footprint and operations in Northern VA, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We are seeking a Client Relationships Representative to join our Business Development Team in Maryland.

· Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel 50% of the time in Montgomery County
· Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
· Have a track record of successful client relationship development
· Have a friendly demeanor and professional presence
Preference is given to those who have done cold calling, public speaking, and previous sales roles.

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s talk about everyday life at 123JUNK as a Client Relationships Representative. Each day will be different as you actively pursue new clients through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques. You will establish and maintain rapport with our current and future clients. Attending in-person and virtual networking events, as well as participating in area associations, is a must. Your spirit animal is a chameleon, as you seek to be a solutions finder for a wide variety of clients. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but not you! You are eager to learn our business and employ tried and true methodologies, with training and coaching from our Business Development Manager. Evening and weekend availability is essential to success, yet there will be a work-life balance to enjoy. At 123JUNK, we are highly collaborative, so working well within a team will contribute to meaningful and productive work for you.
Base salary: $45K tiered commission structure
Estimated first-year earnings = ~$60K - $70K
