Technical Program Manager III We are looking for a results-oriented, and enthusiastic Technical Program Manager to lead a strategically significant area on our Identity team. Working with our team requires a blend of business insight and technical skills shown through the ability to translate problems into impactful roadmaps and backlogs. You understand goals and define requirements in partnership with stakeholders, product management, and development teams to drive desired outcomes. You have strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding. You can influence business and technical leaders in a versatile environment. Common responsibilities include: leading planning sessions, triaging issues and risks, communicating with internal clients, promoting/mentoring agile practices and continuous improvement, and collaborating with engineering management. What you'll do: Take ownership through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as other technical teams to design technical solutions and provide detailed specifications that satisfy scalability, reliability, and performance goals Lead mitigation of any risks to the project scope or schedule, and provide status updates Lead discussion of lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement into all agile processes Bring your talent at eliminating roadblocks for the team and anticipating issues based on previous experiences Who you are: 5-7 years of industry experience in a professional technology organisation, preferably e-commerce. 3 years of Program/Project Management and/or Scrum Master experience in a high-tech company, preferably in a B2C ecommerce environment A high level of initiative, passion, and desire to create a world-class user experience for customers A demonstrated experience driving agile software development with engineering, quality assurance, and functional teams Demonstrate understanding of functional and technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows).
