1138, Inc is Hiring a Client Relations Manager (CRM) Near Overland Park, KS

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to join the team in January.

**This is an internal position only**

As a Client Relations Manager, you must provide exemplary client service and manage both prospective and existing client accounts across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, fully understanding a client's needs, and assisting clients with determining what services we offer to best suit their needs. Client Relations Managers oversee their client portfolio to ensure the company’s products and services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to the client’s standards. This role requires an action-orientated individual, who has an interest in client relationships and enjoys being in a client engagement position.

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to:

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing Clients.
  • Proactively monitor accounts and communicate with Clients to ensure Client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop relationships with newly assigned Clients through in-person and/or virtual introduction.
  • Responsible for interacting with Clients to resolve service issues by problem identification, problem-solving and developing solutions managing each issue through to a successful conclusion.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all accounts including current users, services, and products.
  • Responsible for the utilization of CRM to update all Client notes and interactions.
  • Responsible for clear and concise communication to Clients either by phone or via email.
  • Monitor new assigned accounts transitioning from onboarding.
  • Responsible for completion of on-site and/or web-delivered Client account reviews.
  • Meet minimum monthly and quarterly requirements to present and enhance the value of Validity’s services and ensure the profitability of specific assigned Clients.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to assess Client needs and translate them into new company strategies.
  • Responsible for presenting Client service enhancement or customization requests to the leadership team.
  • Responsible for initiating inter-departmental collaboration to brainstorm, develop and execute success plans for Client accounts.
  • Works as an effective team member, liaising with other departments and contributing to the overall success of the Company.
  • Serve as backup for answering Client Service calls.
  • Assist the Client Services unit when necessary.
  • Responsible for completion of general administrative duties as required which includes but is not limited to data entry, generic report creation, and answering phones.
  • Serve as a Client Relations role model assisting other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your expertise: 

  • Minimum of a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience in a client service/account management role.
  • Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, with internal team members, clients, and suppliers.
  • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills.
  • Software savvy and technically adaptable.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be able to absorb procedures quickly.
  • Maintain the utmost level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and timely follow-up.
  • Be interested in growing with our Company and taking on additional projects as needed.
