EXCITED TO GROW YOUR CAREER? WE’RE GLAD YOU’RE HERE! Maritz is adding an HRIS Administrator to our HRIS Team! This role will act as the initial point of contact for Maritz employee questions regarding Workday, Payroll, BSI, or Carta. In this role you will partner with Compensation, HR and Benefits for annual initiatives such as reorganizations, mass data loading projects such as compensation change requests and data corrections/additions. Please Note: This is a hybird role that will sit onsite in the Maritz campus 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) Primary Responsibilities 40% - Collaborates with HR Partners and Workday administrators to analyze data issues and work through processes. Makes corrections to employee data and guides HR Partners to solutions. Serves as the first point of contact for all employee questions that come through the HRIS and Payroll shared mailboxes. 40% - Supports ad-hoc, user customized on-demand, scheduled, and illogical reporting for areas reliant on HR type data. Audits data entered to ensure employee data has been entered accurately. Utilizes Workday reporting tool to create mass load changes for data clean-up, additions and corrections. Responsible for governmental compliance reporting as needed and external and internal audit assistance. 20% - Assists on special projects as assigned by the Sr. Director, HR Systems and Services. Participates in semi-annual Workday upgrade testing. Qualifications Associates Degree or equivalent experience. 2 years HRIS systems experience, Workday a plus. Advanced excel skill preferable. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and work independently with minimal guidance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
