We’re looking for a motivated Senior UX Designer to join us in improving the overall Search experience by creating one that is intuitive, flexible, and personalized. We believe that adding value and ease at every touch will enable travelers to discover more and travel more. This exciting opportunity will help to unravel the complexities of delivering a comprehensive ecosystem of multi-product search with a strategic and systematic approach. This team works on a global scale, across devices and platforms, in a diverse and collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Help build and drive compelling customer experience vision, strategy and success metrics at the program level. Champion simple, sophisticated experiences and hold yourself and others accountable to a high-quality bar for design execution. Use both qualitative and quantitative insights of customer research and data and business analytics to manage large/ complex problem areas and drive design solutions Expertly facilitate the gathering and synthesizing of diverse insights in ambiguous problem spaces. Take a whole systems approach to analyze customer problems and implement holistic solutions by ensuring that linkages between customer touchpoints, structure, process and technology are made. Develop persuasive communication materials and storytelling techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships. Who you are: Bachelor's degree or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience More than 5 years of UX Design experience, some experience in consumer-facing products preferred. Advanced skills in Information architecture, user research, and technical/platform knowledge. Strong storytelling, collaboration and facilitation skills.
