We are looking for a results-oriented, organized and self-starter Principal Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our next generation Ordering Services platform. Qualified individuals will have a real passion for delivering creative solutions in a fast-paced Agile development environment and possess strong program management skills to shepherd the work you're doing from definition to deployment. This individual will take the Ordering Services teams to the next level of Agile methodologies. Our Principal Technical Product Managers (TPMs) are independent, creative, and ambitious. They love solving problems that involve a diverse set of teams. Our TPMs know how to motivate team members to drive cross-organizational initiatives forward, delving into details as necessary. What you'll do: Manage and lead the product development lifecycle to reduce time to market, improve product quality and ensure product success Develop the roadmap and guidelines for tailoring Agile practices to a complex and dynamic software development project Identify and anticipate risks. Take calculated risks as appropriate that are measured and monitored to grow and benefit the organization Communicate appropriately with all levels within EG to ensure transparency of progress, risks and risk mitigation and garner support for changes in scope, schedule, and/or budget Partner with multiple teams across Supply, Product, Technology, UX, and Program Management to move project progress forward and remove barriers, understanding when to empower and when to become deeply involved Build consensus in cross-organizational forums which lead with comprehensively informed opinions based on feedback from diverse perspectives across teams Remove team barriers to implementing new ideas or approaches by securing the necessary resources or support from senior management Lead with the customer first and resolve conflicts that balance customer, brand, and technology needs Who you are: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience Strong Agile Program Management with 5 years of experience designing and implementing complex technical programs that require coordination across multiple organizations, technical functions, and teams. Working in an eCommerce Environment preferred Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes making recommendations for improvement, sponsoring and staging workshops/knowledge sessions to improve the organization's functional knowledge and acuity, and bring to bear insights and subject-matter experts to overcome challenges Experience coaching others on Agile methodologies and approaches for crafting clear, concise, and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way Exhibit a high degree of competency with Agile project management methodology, identifying, and handling risks, tracking dependencies and landmarks, while communicating overall project status.
