Our Infrastructure group seeks a Technical Program Manager III who can organize and plan across teams to drive execution. This role requires a combination of organizational leadership, communication skills, and flexibility to influence decisions, creativity solve problems and help set technical direction. What you’ll do: Plan, track, coordinate and communicate work as an operational point of contact for the infrastructure teams Define and maintain processes for the team to deliver work on time, continually looking for and finding new ways to improve these processes Support the leadership team in handling incoming asks, managing delivery schedules and organizing cross team activity Understand business requirements and objectives, triage and assign tasks, and drive progress to completion Partner with multiple teams to reach alignment, remove barriers and move project progress forward Identify risks to the team or specific programs and tackle them appropriately Who you are: Organizational and logistical skills are core to your success You have experience within software development, platform engineering and/or DevOps teams You motivate and influence others across teams Your resilient resolve and team-first attitude are key to everyone’s success You exercise collaboration and creativity to orchestrate complex decisions and drive execution Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $128,500.00 to $180,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $205,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
