110 - Zoetis US LLC is Hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager Near US CA Remote, CA

We’re looking for a seasoned CRM strategist who is excited about driving measurable revenue impact through owning our lifecycle marketing program and delivering powerful brand-building initiatives. This role will be responsible for the comprehensive strategy to drive engagement throughout the pet parent lifecycle with a particular focus on customer activation, conversion, and retention. The CRM strategist will generate and implement a roadmap of initiatives that build value for our customers. The ideal candidate is eager to build a strong understanding of our pet parent community and brings a lens of customer empathy to their work. They are also highly organized, results-driven, and can use a combination of instincts and business data to make tough prioritization calls. Regularly collaborate with Head of Growth, Product & Tech partners, Copywriters/designers, other Growth Team members Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors. Position responsibilities: Drive optimizations in email and SMS to beat revenue targets Effectively manage team (including marketing coordinator(s), vendors, and contractors) to support both business objectives and the team’s career growth Own the full lifecycle, channel strategy, deployment of resources, and collaborative processes in partnership with the Growth, Marketing and Product teams. This includes defining automated lifecycle communications journey and determining calendar for one off communication. Set goals, analyze results, and regularly sharing progress towards goals Generate a roadmap of strategic tests and tactics to meet learning objectives to hit revenue goals and unlock future scale Brief in and collaborate with our creative team to bring strategic initiatives and deep customer insights to life Technical Skills: Strong strategic skills and knowledge of CRM industry standards Track record of accountability for consistently exceeding revenue targets (and learning along the way) Analytical skills and ability to run clean and informative tests Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance Thrives in a fast-paced environment Uses clear prioritization frameworks to create a roadmap of impactful marketing initiatives Ability to deliver outstanding project management and cross functional partnership on multiple initiatives at one time, including making and communicating challenging prioritization decisions Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working in Klayvio preferred. Experience driving engagement via SMS or other creative engagement channels preferred. Experience with SQL preferred.
