About the Role: 

At 10Pearls we are looking for an individual to partner closely with the Manager of Delivery and Customer Success to help shape the overall customer experience. You have a track record of driving successful advanced analytics initiatives while balancing the diagnosis and fixing of urgent problems with a calm proactive approach.

This role requires the ability to deliver in a matrixed organization on a global scale.

Your Day to Day: 

  • You will partner closely with the Manager of Delivery and Customer Success and the Executive team to support new and current clients.
  • You will influence and shape the roadmap for descriptive and prescriptive outcomes based on customer cohort and customer journey analysis.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, coordinating client gifting, and assisting with all actions and services related to the Customer Experience.
  • You will leverage analytics and advanced techniques to help the Customer Success organization at Synopsys understand the effectiveness of its portfolio of services & support and investment ROI in terms of measurable outcomes of retention, upsell and cross-sell
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across process, tooling, and data automation to optimize costs and decrease turnaround time for internal processes
  • Identify and take on ad-hoc operational projects, closing gaps in business and operations
  • Support companywide events from organizing to execution
  • You will be a key member of customer appreciation initiatives

What Our Team is Looking For: 

  • The candidate is deeply analytical with a keen understanding of business processes and programs and the ability to translate data and insights into executive dashboards and presentations
  • 5 years of experience with one or more: Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Support domain areas with knowledge of analytics concepts related to customer lifecycle
  • 5 years of experience working in an agile environment with iterative development & business feedback
  • You have a track record of driving successful advanced analytics initiatives while balancing the diagnosis and fixing of urgent problems with a calm proactive approach
  • You are known as someone who “gets stuff done.” Structured thinker
  • Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • You are ready and excited to learn on your feet and help build a growing business
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, Econometrics, or a closely related field
