Let’s talk about responsibilities: Work with FP&A team and management to “institutionalize” analysis and reports. Provide recommendations to Finance leadership regarding cost saving and profitability improvement strategies. Coordinate and prepare documents for monthly forecast and close meetings with finance leadership. Collect and update forecast/budget data and submit within our planning tools. Provide interpretation of financial policies, governmental legislation, accounting theory, or financial regulations. Organize financial information and analyzes variances to determine present and future financial performance. Systematically identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly. Establish and maintain databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts. Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans and operating forecasts. Provide ad hoc support to broader Finance team on an as needed basis Let’s talk about qualifications and experience: Must be a strong communicator with the ability to present complex strategies to a varied audience – both verbally and in writing Must be a self-starter and have a strong process orientation when approaching daily work as well as problem solving opportunities Must have strong analytical capabilities and experience with: running reports, performing analysis and creating presentation materials Bachelor's degree (B.
