Let's talk about the team Our ResMed Sleep and Respiratory Care North America Product Marketing team is responsible for leading Go-To-Market strategies for new product introductions and other key commercial initiatives across all the audiences that we serve. This team is responsible for the broad Sleep and Respiratory Care portfolio, including masks, sleep devices, respiratory care devices, diagnostics, resupply, remote patient monitoring, patient engagement solutions and data integrations. Collaboration with our business partners is core to our success and empowers us to effectively deliver products, capabilities and solutions to our customer that truly fit their needs and provide them with differentiated value. Let's talk about the role The Senior Product Marketing Manager of Connected Solutions is based in the North American region and is the key regional representative for our portfolio of Sleep Flow Generators and Connected Solutions. This role is a key contributor to the Sleep and Respiratory Care business, but also acts as the “Voice of Customer and Market” to Product Management and other cross functional teams. This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing - Therapy Solutions. Responsibilities: Team Leadership Proven effectiveness in leading and developing a team of product marketers Foster a culture of collaboration to drive a One ResMed mindset and portfolio level thinking Ability to develop and set strategic vision/direction and accountabilities for the team Develop and manage OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across team Support professional development of team members Portfolio Management – Marketing & Commercialization Lead product launch efforts for our portfolio of Connected Solution Devices and Accessories in the North America market, collaborate cross functionally and globally to drive launch efficiencies Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue objectives Focus on driving adoption of devices and accessories across all relevant audiences; identify opportunities to further grow the business Monitor success of marketing campaigns and optimize approach as needed Monitor key business KPIs to track performance and adoption, while also identifying risks/opportunities Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive landscape, market trends and market drivers to inform product roadmap and go to market approach by customer segment Lead the preparation, coordination, and delivery of training content for the sales team and other cross functional stakeholders. Content must be impactful and include key market and competitive insights that the commercial team can use with customers. Provide product/solution level training to cross functional stakeholders Build close relationships with sales organization and support sales activities for key accounts Collaborate with Product Management to provide voice of customer and market dynamics for roadmap development and planning Lead pricing strategy, promotions and value offer development by customer segment Responsible for demand planning and forecasting for sleep devices and accessories Responsible for financial planning and financial performance of products and services managed Lead and influence cross functional teams to build broad support and drive successful results for important and complex initiatives Manage key initiatives to support ongoing customer needs Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager of Product Lifecycle Engineering (PLE) to maintain/improve quality and drive cost reductions Let's talk about you EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Required 7 years of product management/marketing and/or related experience Experience with B2B and B2C marketing Proven capability to operate and provide leadership under ambiguity. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence key stakeholders Strong analytical skills and results driven Proficient in MS Office Suite and BI (Business Intelligence) tools Ability to travel 25% of time Preferred MBA preferred (Minimum BA in business administration with emphasis in marketing) Medical device and/or health care software experience We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. This role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance, subject to the discretion of company.
