JOB OVERVIEW This position is within our Client and Fund Technology Team, which is focused on our client-facing technology. Our solutions are used not only by clients, but also by our Relationship Managers, Investment Directors, and Client Service Managers. The team uses off-the-shelf and proprietary solutions to create agile and robust solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst possessing data analysis skills, strategic thinking, analytical rigor, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. As member of the team, this individual will focus on providing end user application and technical support, with a focus on data support, to meet the needs of our Sales, Client Servicing, and Product Management teams. The candidate will be responsible for working with our global team members to resolve support inquires, establish standard operating procedures, provide technical application support, deliver ad hoc data requests and reports, and identify enhancements to improve system performance and stability. The candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to assimilate technical and business concepts quickly and manage multiple competing priorities. The role requires a well-rounded and experienced individual, who can work well with end users. RESPONSIBILITIES · Work with a global team of support members to resolve end user support requests and their technical application support issues · Collaborate with engineers, analysts, consultants, and vendors to solve problems and deliver solutions · Deliver ad hoc data requests and reporting requests using various reporting tools and SQL queries · Advocate for the end user · Proactively manage project plans, risks, impact, and user experience · Prioritize, support, and complete enhancement requests as needed · Review support metrics to identify improvement opportunities, ensure timely resolution, establish standard operating procedures, and ensure adequate coverage QUALIFICATIONS · Experience in planning and analysis following a standardized methodology such as Agile · Strong SQL query skills and experience with relational databases and tools · Analytical experience on enhancements to existing systems · Proven ability to operate a support function and work with team members across the globe · Track-record of working with business stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and infrastructure teams to complete and deliver projects · Experience in core project managements skills including plan development, risk and budget management, team building, and leadership · Proven experience delivering support services on multiple projects as a systems analyst · Proven ability to support multiple competing priorities simultaneously · Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Experience working with Data API’s is a plus · Experience in cross platform incident and change management is a strong plus · Java, Python, or other programming experience is a strong plus · Experience working in the investment management or a financial services environment is a plus Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
