Job Description 160over90 is a global, culturally-led creative agency with expertise across advertising, branding, experiential, brand partnerships, PR and communications. From offices in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, 160over90 serves leading brands including AB InBev, Audi, Dicks Sporting Goods, HSBC, Marriott International, T-Mobile and Visa. 160over90 sits within Endeavor, the global entertainment, sports and content company. 160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s activation programs across their college sports partnerships. Position will report to the team’s Senior Account Manager and can be based in our either Charlotte or Atlanta offices. Responsibilities Day-to-day support of client's sponsorship activation and partnership marketing Support activation programming with internal and external client partners (Advertising, Creative, Hospitality, Media, Social, etc.) Coordinate and manage regular client and partner calls and associated follow up Support the internal team with project management, creation of tracking material and recaps, on-site logistics and management, and other functions as requested Assist with the creation and implementation of sponsorship and activation materials. This will include, but not be limited to development of creative elements, client marketing presentations, securing approvals from key stake holders and distribution of materials to clients and partners Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans and ongoing exploration of college sports partnerships and activation opportunities Provide and analyze industry trends, research, competitive analysis, and POVs Attend events and activations and provide on-site support as necessary Collaborate with external properties and internal Endeavor division Education And Skills Bachelor’s Degree A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, event/experiential marketing, influencer marketing or digital marketing) Ability to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of client or company Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s) Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners Superior client relationship/service skills Ability to think strategically and creatively Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills Ability to travel ~10% of the time Exceptional in MS Office Suite 160/90 is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
