Participates in the deep analysis, development, and execution of manufacturing supply chain strategy, Co-Pak sales, sourcing and vendor collaboration, compliance and negotiations in order to further manufacturing growth and performance. What You'll be Doing: Develops, plans, and executes Co-pack, and Development projects, to drive manufacturing sales and margin plan in support of overall company–wide performance metrics. Collaborates with appropriate areas to gather information, industry standards, perform analysis and envision improvements in the supply chain on projects assigned. Conducts analysis for assigned function and provides recommendations based upon results and the application of knowledge and judgment. Reports regularly on select development metrics and other key performance indicators. Assists in / may lead development and deployment of metrics to analyze plant performance compared to co-paker and merchant expectations. Participates in implementation of corporate product flow strategies, methods and guidelines. Self-starter with leadership qualities and goals. Performs project work and / or development activities as assigned. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): Focus on Meijer CTC skills, with strong passion to compete and customer 1st. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain preferred. Proven ability to learn on-the-job and acquire new technical skills. Analytical skills / ability to apply analytical methods and use specific tools by function. Ability to determine multiple sources for data mining. Strong intellectual strength, comfortable with dealing with complexity and ambiguity. Requires creative thinking with ability to solve problems / develop practical solutions. Comfort working in teams or individually; able to build positive rapport with colleagues, business partners and vendors. Planning and process management skills required with the ability resolve problems and manage multiple tasks.
