This position is responsible for assisting the HR department with all recruiting activities. . What You'll be Doing: Screen resumes and conduct phones screens Schedule/coordinate onsite interviews Review candidate applications within HR recruiting system Conduct pre-employment screenings Schedule new hires for orientation Facilitate orientation sessions as needed Facilitate post-employment requirements (I-9 E-verify, tax credit questionnaire etc.). Coordinate and attend internal/external hiring events as needed May perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring with You (Qualifications): Customer service skills. Intermediate level computer skills Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge required Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate and focus. Demonstrated experience where accuracy and quality are the strict standard. Good organizational skills. Works well independently and in a team environment.
