Job Summary: Data Science Intern At Iron Mountain, we protect what our customers value most, from the everyday to the extraordinary, while helping them bridge the physical and digital world. InSight is an AI enablement platform that applies industry-leading ML, including custom models, to classify and extract entities from unstructured content (Document Images, Audio and Video files, other data files and sources). We currently have an opportunity for an Intern to work with our Data Science team on AI enablement for InSight. If successful, you will work closely with multiple internal Iron Mountain teams to develop detailed tech driven implementation solutions, create/enhance tools for improving performance. Job Responsibilities: Help create solutions for product roadmap and customer-driven requirements. Participate in design discussions to develop ML models performing classification and entity extraction from various forms of digital content (Images, Audio/video, and other digital file formats). Participate in the build and deployment of models into Iron Mountain InSight platform. Work with project managers, solution architects, ML engineers, and data scientists to deliver ML-based solutions. Assist in designing and executing predictive modeling projects using statistical methods and machine learning techniques. Work with Product Management and on reviewing existing features and future roadmap items. Identify, resolve, and escalate any issues impeding project success. Functional Knowledge Skills & Competencies: Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field Skills: Understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques.
