The Role Proofpoint is seeking a Program Analyst to join our Pittsburgh team. This individual will be self-starting, responsible, action-oriented, and highly motivated. This position requires a unique blend of administrative expertise and purchasing support. This position will be actively involved with our leaders to ensure projects stay on track. The PSAT Business Unit is responsible for delivering Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (PSAT) products. We have a team of dedicated professionals working in a team culture who share common goals and appreciate the diverse experiences each person brings. Your day to day Process and track purchase orders for engineering and content development activity. Gather and organize all pertinent documentation related to PO processing, invoices, vendor information, contractors, and contracts. Work closely with the internal legal and finance departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Provides calendar & expense support for the Pittsburgh Site Leader Schedules large team meetings for the senior leadership team- prepares agendas and any other necessary information such as data for slide decks. Using Salesforce, create dashboards of PSAT performance for monthly and quarterly meetings. Administer usage of cloud subscription services including periodically reviewing license assignments and overall usage levels Routinely monitor and report AWS costs and usage levels Support PSAT team’s quarterly budget process by tracking spending levels and consolidating usage forecasts What you bring to the team Strong MS Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Deep understanding of managing purchase orders and the purchase order process Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred but not required Experience working in a software company, preferably SaaS Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple and competing priorities Able to work under tight deadlines and comfortable following up with others to complete tasks Excellent oral and written communications – being both timely and concise Able to work cross functionally and with all levels of leadership If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
