JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: Tracks, counts and reconciles total SKU inventories to ensure pre-determined stock levels. Provides data to forecast future stock needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory management, cycle counting, shipping and receiving processes, material flow & BOM review coordinator. Coordinate BOM reviews, physical inventories, and monthly cycle count schedule. Coordinate problem solving activities with cross functional teams. Conduct the actual cycle count in all locations listed on the cycle count sheet Administer cycle count program per Adient BOS specifications Ensure cycle count sheets are neat and legible Complete all cycle counts in timely manner and per the cycle count schedule Ensure accuracy and integrity of all counts Organize and file all cycle counts by date Audit cycle counts performed by cycle counters Prepare cycle count documentation packets for management review Research and post inventory adjustments Prepare and present weekly status of cycle count program Host internal and external business auditors Hold other department leaders accountable for corrective action execution Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years suggested minimum experience.
