Department Overview Motorola Solutions Video Manufacturing Job Description In this role you will: Be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, bin checks, scheduled inventories, and the training of employees when opportunities are identified Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis investigations Review current inventory management practices and make suggestions for improvements Reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system Perform inventory transactions, including scrap adjustments and inventory movements Communicate with stakeholders across the plant in every department Continuous Improvement, Process Improvements & training others Administration of periodic physical inventory counts Reviewing & reporting on all transaction points, finding & resolving problems. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Understanding of Manufacturing BOMs and Routings Working knowledge of SAP Acute attention to detail required Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, write, and speak English required Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel Ability to work independently and as a part of team Basic Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year previous work experience in a similar role Vaccine Requirement Motorola Solutions has implemented a voluntary COVID-19 vaccination policy.
