Group Description Content & Technology Solutions (CTS) is the industry leading provider of FactSet and third-party content. The CTS business unit contributes over $425M in ASV, with a double-digit year-over-year growth rate. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard DataFeeds, Data Exploration, OnDemand (API), Views, Cornerstone, Exchange DataFeeds, Benchmark Feeds, the Open:FactSet Marketplace, and other non-workstation initiatives. FactSet is looking to fill the position of CTS Account Manager for the Americas book of business. The primary role of the CTS Account Manager is to ensure “customer delight” for our diverse base of existing clients and help drive ASV growth by focusing on retention, renewals, and lead generation. You will become an expert in FactSet’s off-platform solutions and learn how clients are managing data and deploying new technology. Partner closely with the rest of our talented CTS team, including Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support. Job Responsibilities Ensure customer success for your defined book of accounts Build client relationships and operate as the primary point of contact post-implementation Ensure client technology teams are comfortable with accessing and distributing our content to their business users with their preferred delivery method Work with clients to ensure product adoption and help them find value in their CTS solutions Manage contract renewals and drive client retention Partner with sales to mitigate predicted cancels Develop a plan to ensure successful contract renewals across all accounts Review client contracts to ensure clients are utilizing our data appropriately Drive proactive client engagement and provide support escalation Conduct Client Service Reviews to proactively check in with clients Act as an escalation point for significant client issues and partner with internal stakeholders to remedy problems Liaise with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities within your client base Requirements Bachelors’ degree in a related field Familiarity with financial market data and the data solutions business 3-5 years experience in a client facing role, including sales, customer success, implementation, or support, within Fin Tech preferred Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) History of proactively identifying business inefficiencies and taking ownership to deliver solutions Ability to problem-solve and handle time-sensitive issues with a strong sense of urgency Desired Skills Experience with SQL a plus Experience with Python a plus Experience with Cloud delivery systems (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift) a plus What’s In It For You: Flexible work accommodations. The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut is $70,000 - $110,000. The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Colorado is $60,900 - $97,000.
