We are hiring for Production Technicians at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant. You will report to a Production Team Leader and join a team of 600 and growing. Shift: This role is 2nd or 3rd shift Location: 2467 Henry Ladyn Dr., Fort Madison, IA Hourly Rate: $20.50 / hour with shift differentials of $0.45 for 2nd and $1.00 for 3rd. Grow to $22.29 / hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements in 12 months or less; grow to $24.70 / hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements in 30 months or less. Opportunities to earn up to $30.34 / hour! What Impact Will You Have On Our Business? You will operate our production equipment and will conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers. Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, our production worker will play an active role. Cleanliness is important at our facilities.
