As a Business Process Analyst Sr, you will identify and analyze existing processes to improve business performance. The ability to collaborate and coordinate with all levels of the organization are keys to success! Responsibilities/Expectations: Analyzes existing business processes, develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements Coordinates with others on process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced cost Develops, maintains and presents departmental metrics Assists with data analysis requests, produces metric reports and provides ad hoc analysis Collaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success Supports Lean Action Initiatives through root cause analysis, 8-step models and process work- flow development Leads change management activities Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and minimum of six (6) years of multifaceted experience in data analysis, project management or process improvement Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Preferred: Minimum of a Green Belt with Lean experience in value stream mapping, and process mapping Why Choose Williams?
