Day In the Life: As a business process analyst, you will support Right Angle for NGL Distribution, NGL Marketing, and NGL Accounting. You will also be responsible for supporting the business needs of NGL Distribution to find process improvements and modernization of tools. Responsibilities/Expectations: Analyzes existing business processes, develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements Coordinates with others on process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced cost Develops, maintains and presents departmental metrics Assists with data analysis requests, produces metric reports and provides ad hoc analysis Collaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success Supports Lean Action Initiatives through root cause analysis, 8-step models and process work- flow development Leads change management activities Other duties as assigned Other Responsibilities: Create and manage custom pricing provisions Develop custom Right Angle reports and processes Work closely with NGL Commercial, Distribution and Accounting in the implementation of long-term NGL contracts Manage the escalation of rates pursuant to contractual language Work closely with IT Analysts in the implementation and testing of system updates Manage FOCUS Portal access and licenses for external customers Ensure efficient and accurate flow of Pricing and Measurement data into the Right Angle Ensure accurate data flow to FOCUS portal; customer statements, inventory reports, ticket activity, etc Work closely with NGL Distribution and Accounting to ensure a timely and accurate month-end close Provide data and backup information to SOX auditors as needed Education/Years of Experience: Business Process Analyst III Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and minimum two (2) years’ experience in data analysis, project management or process improvement Business Process Analyst Sr Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and minimum of six (6) years of multifaceted experience in data analysis, project management or process improvement Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills Preferred: Minimum of a Green Belt with Lean experience in value stream mapping, and process mapping About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
