Schedule: Full time - 36 hours/week or greater Shift: First Shift (Days - Less than 12 hours per shift) (United States of America) Weekly Work Schedule: 8a-4:30p M-F Job Information Exemption Status: Exempt A Brief Overview The Director of Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership for the overall recruitment operations across the healthcare system, leading and empowering a talent acquisition team responsible for identifying, sourcing, hiring and onboarding clinical and non-clinical staff. The director develops and executes recruitment strategies, drives overall recruiting initiatives and ensures leader and candidate satisfaction by leveraging the organization's applicant tracking system to manage the entire recruiting lifecycle. Education Qualifications Master's Degree Human Resources Management or related field. Required Experience Qualifications 5 years Experience as a human resources director or manager. Required 5 years Experience in healthcare or related field. Required 5 years Experience in developing high performing teams. Required 6 months Experience with executive recruitment functions. Required Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases. Preferred Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Preferred Skills and Abilities Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks). Preferred What you will do Responsible for all areas within Talent Acquisition to include sourcing, recruitment, selection, social media, employer branding, career website, applicant tracking system (ATS) management, vendor management, and interviewing and compliance training. Lead the reporting strategy for key metrics. Establish and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy and operation model to successfully attract, source, recruit and retain/hire talent internally and externally for all open positions. Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy to include sourcing, selection, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, etc. for key positions. Partner with Marketing to develop and drive a strong employment brand that positions SVH as the employer of choice in the region and across professional communities and partnerships. Ensure consistent messaging across all employment marketing, job postings, and communications. Leverage social media and innovative channels to drive messaging and attraction to SVH’s employment brand. Responsible for Executive Recruitment efforts across the health system, including sourcing, screening and selection processes. Oversee the organization’s international recruitment programs. Ensure compliance with all accreditation, regulatory, legal and policy requirements related to hiring, education, students, observers and joint commission. Manage applicant tracking system to ensure effective recruiting workflow. Communicate key insights and talent trends via formal presentations and management reporting. Responsible for executive recruitment and sourcing of applicants. Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors. Manage relationships with staffing partners and other recruitment vendors, including review of agreements and contracts to ensure fee structure is appropriate and vendors perform according to standards. Establish and manage measurement and reporting of key recruitment metrics and reporting analytics to measure the health of candidate pipelines and to inform decision making and strategy development. Attract, develop, guide and empower Talent Acquisition team members, including the implementation of innovative, effective and efficient recruitment processes and systems to meet short and long term hiring needs. Guide performance with continuous feedback and regular performance check-ins for the Talent Acquisition team members. Collaborate to forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and trends. Support, develop and lead programs related to youth mentorship job readiness programs. Travel Requirements 10% Travel to and from external recruitment hiring events, career fairs, and educational training events as needed and necessary.
