Job Title: Manager, Global Compensation Reports to: VP, Global Compensation Location: Remote The Role The Manager, Global Compensation is a driven collaborator and key contributor to the success of Deckers’ Total Rewards program. This role will lead the research, analysis, planning, and administration of Deckers Brands’ Compensation programs. A strong candidate for this role is service-, process-, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Your Impact The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Maintain and communicate a broad base pay system that is internally equitable and externally competitive by measuring jobs in terms of their relative value to the organization, industry, and country/local competitive markets, in turn attracting and retaining top talent. Develops cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs. Manage all aspects of the annual compensation process cycle. Partners with Talent Acquisition, People Success, and Organizational Effectiveness to benchmark positions and provide offer recommendations for new hires and promotions. Manage and develop top performing global compensation analysts. Who You Are A self-starter who brings passion, enthusiasm, accuracy, and focus to their work. Able to communicate complex concepts and subjects to all levels of the organization. Able to guide partners and influence decision making. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. We’d love to hear from people with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related. 7 years of compensation or related experience. At least 2 years of Lead experience preferred. Proficient in excel. Knowledge and experience of job evaluation methodologies. CCP certification preferred.
