10 Concord Hospital Inc. is Hiring a Facilities Project Manager - Full Time - Days Near Laconia, NH

Summary Responsible for the coordination and implementation of physical plant upgrades and renovations, new and expanded facilities, and move/occupancy with an emphasis on superior client service through project planning, scope development, coordination amongst stakeholders and tracking schedule and budget. Provides project planning and facilitates design, construction, moves and necessary project notifications and communication. Works collaboratively with peers, consultants, contractors, affected departments, facility operations and end users to efficiently deliver a quality, cost effective project. All forms of communication assure that end users and affected parties are aware of project deliverables, activities, schedules, milestone dates and potential disruptions. Education Two years formal training beyond the high school level (eg Associates Degree, or Technical Program) in project management, construction administration, or engineering. Certification, Registration & Licensure Certification required to obtain: PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification within 12 months of hire Licensure required: Valid New Hampshire Driver's license. Driving record from Department of Motor Vehicles, and proof of insurance coverage, which complies with organization and departmental Driving Policy. Experience Minimum three years experience in management of design and construction projects, preferably in the healthcare setting, involving multiple professional disciplines. Working knowledge of budgets, schedules, coordination of various stakeholders throughout the design, construction and move/occupancy process. Responsibilities Manages and facilitates facility expansion and renovation projects from design through construction, punch list resolution, move/occupancy and closeout. Develops Scope Document and continuously monitors progress of all phases of the project. Coordinates with peers, hospital departments, facility operations, and consultants and contractors through all phases of a project. Plan, manages and coordinates project moves, occupancy and closeout of new or renovated space with end users, movers, installers, IT and affected departments as required. Utilizes all available processes, tools, and documentation to track project progress, cost, schedules, etc. supporting delivery of a given project and effective communication to all stakeholders. Provides periodic construction observation to track progress and ensure compliance with design intent and project features. Participates in development of Infection Control Risk Assessment and Interim Life Safety Plans on a given project. Participates in Project Team Meetings and assists in identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
