Summary: In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment leading initiatives that will shape Vizient members customer experience. You will be accountable for ensuring that defined member experience initiatives are successfully planned, completed and implemented. This includes managing specific program definition efforts, resolving issues, monitoring expected results of programs to actual results and collaborating across the organization on expectations and improvements. You will manage specific experience initiatives to adoption, issue resolution, updates, and interaction with the business which also involves managing multiple cross-functional resources and project teams for complex, broad scope, and enterprise initiatives using project management practices. Lead and influence project participants including mentoring others in effective collaboration skills to drive participation of the project team. Execute and manage multiple projects with varying complexity and timelines. Manage specific initiatives through oversight and project management to include defining program scope, project plan, and KPIs. Coordinate day-to-day project team activities and communication. Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, while providing appropriate resolution and recommendations. Track and update project plans and budgets for assigned projects. Implement new member experience program elements by identifying and securing resources, education, and support, engaging leadership as needed to ensure successful completion. Support program management, process improvement and experience design. Develop and manage project management operations and tools. Identify and propose additional needs for project governance metrics and reporting. Routinely analyze results and offer proactive improvement recommendations. Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Project Improvement, Customer Relations, Project Management, or Marketing required. B2B and/or health care experience preferred. Experienced project or program manager who is adept at translating program definition into operational components utilizing program management tools and techniques. A strong problem solver with analytical skills to support solutions and decision making. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships. Ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Ability to translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant recommendations for operational processes. Must be fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). CX Certification – Forrester, CCXP, PMP, CSM, or similar certifications preferred.
