Summary: In this role, you will provide support through calls and emails for customers who are experiencing software or hardware related issues. You will handle incidents, tasks and requests using the Remedy Force Ticketing System. You will also provide analytical support by creating tables and dashboards about the status of tickets and performance. Responsibilities: Resolve end users on complex software issues; serve as liaison to other resources as needed to solve the most complex or report bugs, etc. Support software implementation projects as a technical resource. Perform client servicing and special project work. Provide timely first call resolution for technical support issues while following company standards. Identify, repair, and resolve any PC hardware or software failures within the enterprise. Escalate incidents to second or third tier support and provide accurate and updated information on incidents assigned to the Service Desk until the reported incidents are resolved. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Advanced Excel experience preferred. Experience working with Level 1 and 2 Service Desks to resolve medium to advance level tasks preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft and Windows Infrastructure: operating systems, applications, and associated hardware on such platforms as MS Windows desktop OS and MS Office Suite. Industry certifications including CompTIA suite, ITIL, Microsoft Specialists, ACSP preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: $39,100.00 - $56,800.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
