Summary: In this role, you will support member growth of sales and service through day-to-day account management, building relationships, increasing portfolio utilization, and assisting members in converting spend to Vizient contracts. You will work directly with the member and various Vizient team members to identify opportunities for supply chain savings initiatives, drive penetration to Vizient contracts and support implementation of Supply Chain services and solutions. You will identify savings opportunities in the supply chain setting, increasing their utilization of supply chain contracts and programs, and make recommendations of products and solutions to identify member needs. Responsibilities: Facilitate implementation of contracts to ensure maximum value gained from the member account plan by tracking savings, reporting, and providing resolution. Partner with Client Executives on development of member plan and implementation of new solutions, driving product standardization. Ensure Vizient competitiveness and position as a trusted advisor by informing member of industry trends and associated Vizient capabilities while ensuring maximum value gained from member account plans. Utilize Vizient tools (i.e. Savings Actualizer) and training to implement cost saving methods to positively influence member results, working in partnership with product advisors to ensure member utilization of tools. Gather analytics to assist member with contract decisions and to assist member with contract and programs, summarizing information to support regular business reviews. Partner with health system to lead and direct new member implementation activities and create contract implementation plans across acute care sites. Maintain ICE for all assigned members, maintaining relevant updates of activity. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus. 2 or more years relevant experience required. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Strong client facing skills, and group presentation experience required. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong conflict resolution skills required. Sales or supply chain experience preferred. Experience working with complex healthcare/hospital clients who may have multiple sites preferred. Willingness to travel.
