Summary: In this role, you will develop and support interrelated project activities that, together, comprise the Technology team ecosystem. This position focuses on the administration of our goal achievement program, as well as crafting and posting project and department communications. As a member of the Strategic Business Operations team, you will monitor and manage projects as assigned by providing updates, weekly reports and identifying potential risks to ensure the timely completion of projects. Responsibilities: Effectively manage multiple cross-functional projects, dependencies, and risks Provide support to Strategic Business Operations team members and other project leaders, and communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks Creatively solve problems. Bring data, apply critical thinking, develop a plan, and lead from a people-centered orientation Assist with, and often lead, the development of communications content and materials Maintain and implement ideas to evolve our Technology Goals Theme initiative Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly department communications plan Manage posts on internal MS Teams channels to various Technology Teams, and our broader Technology organization Coordinate communications content and posts with various stakeholders, as well as senior and executive leaders Qualification: Relevant degree preferred No previous experience required. Understanding of project management concepts Strong Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and interact with individual contributors, as well as senior and executive level leaders Able to work independently and multi-task in a team structured environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Familiarity with Agile preferred Estimated Hiring Range: $51,900.00 - $75,150.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
