Reports To
The General Manager will report to the President of the Board of Directors.
Job Summary
The General Manager assists the Board of Directors to ensure that the 1 North Shore Homeowner community of 203 units and commercial tenants enjoy the 1NS lifestyle of a pristine, successful, highly respected, and sought-after community. Effective and efficient management of all common areas and responsibilities is experienced due to our well-defined governing structure.

Qualifications
Minium of 2 years college education
Business or Property Management experience: 3 years preferred
Must have excellent personal and organizational skills
Must be team-oriented and possess an upbeat/can-do attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to prioritize multiple deadlines in an efficient manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Experience with property management accounting software is a plus.
Salary
$ 52,000 -$58,000 a year, depending on experience, hours
Shift and Schedule
Provide on-site management services to homeowners between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 pm. Monday thru Friday (possibly half day on Saturdays when needed). Some hours may be done remotely. Hours may be flexible from 32-40 hours, depending on the negotiation.
