Job Summary Job Description Role: Digital Marketing Coordinator The Opportunity “myFICO.com, the direct-to-consumer division of FICO, is a leading provider of FICO Scores, credit reports and credit monitoring in the US. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated digital marketing coordinator to support our customer acquisition campaigns, content marketing development, social media, and online community,” Sr Director of Consumer Marketing You will be responsible for contributing to our acquisition growth by assisting with creative asset development, working directly with agency partners on implementing and executing acquisition campaigns, contributing to our content marketing (SEO) program, managing our social media calendar, and coordinating the moderation of our community. This is an entry level and developmental role where you will have the opportunity for a wide exposure to B2C digital marketing. We are looking for a person who will accept the challenges of multiple, concurrent projects and demonstrate the discipline to adhere to timelines and quality work. What You’ll Contribute Supporting agency partners – help execute campaign implementation requirements (creative assets, copy development, measurement tracking, legal reviews) by working cross-functionally within the myFICO team. Coordinate with our community moderators to ensure highest level of satisfaction and experience for community members – monitoring trending topics, user engagement metrics and community health. Manage social media calendar. Content marketing development – work directly with authors and cross-functional team members in support of regular blog cadence. What We’re Seeking Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related field. Demonstrates an understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and its function for an organization. Results driven contributor willing to own projects and demonstrate the ability to provide insightful recommendations. Ability to work autonomously with discipline to adhere to project timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). Experience with digital marketing metrics, data and technology platforms.
