Compensation: $17.00/hr plus Profit Share, Tips, and Bonus.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Train onboarding employees 
  • Create and maintain trusting relationships with Truck Team Members. 
  • Continuously analyze and assess key training and development needs for our Truck Team Members
  • Continuously check in with Operations Manager on Onboarding employee progress
  • Sitting down with operations manager and Jr ops on a weekly basis to discuss performance of new hires and quality of hire
  • Take part in the continuous development of current TTMs in response to current metrics and quarterly review results. 
  • Go out on the trucks to identify skills gaps
  • Monitor Truck Team Members’ progress and ensure everyone has the opportunity to become a top performer. 
  • Be awesome and have fun!
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Has been employed for 90 days or more.
  • A positive “Let’s Get it Done” attitude.
  • Genuine belief in our Core Values - Passion, Integrity, Professionalism, and Empathy.
  • RPH at or above $75, and 90% Conversions and 100 NPS. 
  • Strong understanding of the various components of profit share.
  • A strong desire and ability to motivate others to excel and hit goals.
  • Punctual with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Enjoy both physical work and office work equally.
  • A valid and clean driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional communication and team-building skills.
