PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Management of the labor relations processes of the Production Plant seeking to design, develop, implement, follow up on policies, plans, programs, procedures and relations between workers, managers and the company, through an effective and efficient management, by controlling the activities involved in the HR administration process.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze, execute and follow up on all labor relations processes at the Site.

Provides expert, reliable and comprehensive advice across the full spectrum of the HR function on a wide range of employee relations.

Handles highly complex and confidential matters related to human resources, human rights and regulatory compliance, ethical and legal investigations for the company.

Follow up on medical incapacity, daily absenteeism and accident cases.

Support in updating rules and procedures, regulations, overtime, permits before the Ministry of Labor.

Elaboration of special contracts other yes, substitutions, contract assignments.

Reporting of payroll news related to procedures of the Labor Relations area.

Conduct investigations of GID cases, employees or groups of employees.

Actively participate in the induction of the Labor Relations area for temporary staff, students and direct personnel of the Company.

Submit the support of requests and updates of life and accident insurance to the insurance intermediary.

Ensure compliance with the collection of disability payments over 180 days.
EDUCATION AND LICENSES:
Professional in careers related to law, HR, administration.
All appropriate state licensure, education, and training (if any) required.
Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum 4 years managing labor relations processes. Experience in manufacturing and logistics operations. Desirable experience in a multinational company.
Language: Advanced English.
