Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Articling Student to join our team and gain valuable experience in the field of personal injury law. As an Articling Student at Yanko & Popovic, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced lawyers, engage in meaningful legal research, and assist in representing our clients in personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team in personal injury cases.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and settlement proposals.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and meetings with clients to gain practical experience.
• Observe and later conduct questionings.
• Collaborate with our team on case strategy and client communication.

Qualifications:

• Canadian Law Grad, or Foreign Trained Law Grad with NCA certification;
• Strong interest in personal injury law and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
