Overview of who we are looking for:

WCS is looking for a full-time Swamper/Labourer to work 5 days from our Coquitlam facility.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Primary role would be working as a Swamper/Labourer on the back of a traditional Rear Load garbage truck performing residential collection of garbage and organics working on a designated route in the Great Vancouver Area.
• 5X8, Monday to Friday - 04:30 am 1:00pm.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding job (lifting up to 20kg repetitively, 800x a day).
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions.
• Good understanding of residential collection guidelines.
• Class 5 or L preferred.
