We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and providing assistance as needed
- Implement training programs for new employees
- Manage payroll processes, including timekeeping and ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Maintain phone etiquette by answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating benefits administration
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
