Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, e-mailing, filing, and data entry

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing meeting materials

- Assist with vendor management, including maintaining relationships with suppliers

- Assist with AP & tracking vendor expenses

- Issue and track purchase orders

- Assist with invoicing and AR.

- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and ROE.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role

- Extremly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a requirment.

- Experience in QuickBooks is an asset.
