SURGICAL TECHNOLOGY SALES REPRESENTATIVE, hiring in: Ottawa, Ontario
Tribe is looking for a motivated individual to join our Ontario East region sales team, based in Ottawa, covering Kingston through to Gatineau, QC. You will represent Tribe Medical Group, the exclusive independent distributor authorized to sell Arthrex, Inc. products to surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the territory, which includes some accounts in Quebec. As such, you will have a working knowledge of French.
Our Medical Device Sales Representatives achieve sales quota’s by supporting surgeons and other surgical staff directly in the OR each and every day, engage in continuous medical education programs, and more.
Previous sales experience is an asset; however, Tribe provides a comprehensive training program that is unique to the medical device industry in Canada, entailing a 6 month curriculum that will prepare you to be an expert on Arthrex’s devices, orthopaedic surgical techniques, and cutting-edge technologies.
The right candidate for our team is driven, has proven determination, is passionate about what they do, and can manage their time and prioritize successfully. A post secondary degree is required unless your experience and skills are an equivalent consideration. You will be expected to include travel outside of the province for labs with customers and training programs, including throughout Canada as well as Arthrex’s headquarters in Naples, Florida.
We provide a base pay, monthly auto, cell & parking allowances, commission, bonus and more.
