Qualifications:
- An Information Management/Library Technology diploma or a directly related diploma with significant course content focused on education or community work, or an undergraduate degree. - A minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service, membership, and facilitating classes and events. - Some supervisory experience is preferred. - Experience scheduling staff. - Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating work procedures and operational workflow. - Experience in developing and presenting classes and events for customers of all ages. - Experience in the use of circulation databases, electronic resources, and equipment. - Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs and internet applications. Pay Band: $35.43 - $45.23 per hour* *Approximately $64,745 - $82,651 per annum based on a 35 hour work week.
