The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors to assist with various tasks related to gardening, landscape maintenance, and irrigation. **Duties:**
- Operate tractors to perform tasks such as maintaining landscapes and snow plowing. Use of boom attachment, flail mower and flex wing cutters.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to support gardening activities
- Conduct routine maintenance on tractors to keep them in optimal working condition
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in operating tractors and handling garden equipment
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to use power tools efficiently
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in operating tractors and using hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
