We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in identifying and purchasing required parts, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our parts department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are stocked appropriately
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts and accessories
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and messages effectively
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and customer orders efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions
- Ability to negotiate prices with customers while maintaining profitability
- Basic math skills for calculating costs, discounts, and invoices
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is beneficial
- Familiarity with sales management practices is an advantage
