We need someone on our Tahoe Office Services Team with an understanding of major shipping/receiving post systems, eye for detail, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, and can work 5hr shifts.

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing

  • What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
  • Ensure all inter-office/external mail is sorted and prepared for delivery in a timely fashion. (Regionally and National)
  • Shipping/Receiving duties that include documenting incoming items on excel tracker.
  • Investigate mail irregularities, arrange for replacement mail if necessary and make delivery arrangements.
  • Assist Purchasing of supplies including Grand & Toy products.
  • Identify and gather information to determine equip. requirements. (Perform field demo’s)
  • Work with existing vendors to ensure procedures are met.
  • Cover receptionist duties as required.
  • Various Facility duties as required.

What You Have To Offer

  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Grade 12 education
  • Knowledge or Canada Post/Purolator mailing and tracking software
  • Ability work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain daily deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changes in due date or priority level with little or no notice
  • Ability to lift to 70lbs (potentially large boxes)
  • Work with little to no supervision
