Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for performing Advanced skin treatments such as Aerolase Skin rejuvenation, HydraFacials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling and other aesthetic treatments. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills / bedside manner will ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Duties:
- Perform laser treatments using advanced laser technology: Aerolase Neo Elite Laser

- Perform Advanced skin treatments; HydraFacial, chemical peels, SkinPen Microneedling, Custom facials & more.
- Conduct thorough in-depth Skin consultations with clients to determine their needs and expectations
- Provide detailed explanations of treatment procedures and expected outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
- Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Operate & manage your own social media platform (this will be an umbrella to our main account) to assist in bringing in your clientele.
- Educate clients on proper Medical grade skincare routines and recommend said products for at-home use
- Promote and sell retail products to enhance the client's treatment results
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic technology, and new treatment options

Skills:
- Certification or training in laser hair removal or Medical aesthetics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in performing advanced skin treatments & relaxing facials
- Knowledge of facial techniques and best practices
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols for safety and sanitation

This is a part-time commission based / flat rate per appt position with opportunities for career growth within our expanding company. You will keep 100% of tips, as well as earn commissions on product sales along with staff discounted products.
