Casual General Labourer

Full-time casual term position

Monday – Thursday; 8 hours per day

Term effective July 3/24 – July 31/24

Job Summary:

Under supervision of the Director, Transportation, the casual General Labourer assists with the reorganizing and maintaining of the parts room and assists the team on the inventory project, by ensuring inventory is tracked and documented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting inventory tracking

• Entering inventory on spreadsheets

• Lifting and transferring parts

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Spreadsheet tracking experience an asset

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel an asset

• Good knowledge of Office 365

• Ability to lift 50-pound boxes independently

• Excellent Communication skills

• Respect confidentiality of work

• Superior ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with colleagues and management

• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• High degree of initiative

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• External applicants, upon hire, must supply a Criminal Record Search, and a cleared Child Abuse Registry check
